Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of technical training/education experience in hospital/clinical, sales/sales support, or engineering.
• Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management industry.
• Nice To Have: CRM customer experience and understanding of remote monitoring educational needs.
• Instructional design experience.
• Experience handling multiple projects with strategic and tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of product training programs and strategies for Medtronic CRM products, therapies, and procedures.
• Create and lead product education strategy from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation.
• Develop high-quality training materials including elearning, presentations, videos, and other resources.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement learning solutions.
• Ensure adherence to policies, meet deadlines, and engage stakeholders throughout projects.
• Collaborate across departments to create inclusive learning solutions and manage external vendors.
