Qualifications

• Minimum: Cardiac Rhythm Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of work experience in technical training/education in hospital/clinical, sales/sales support, or engineering (5 years with Advanced Degree).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of product training programs and strategies for Medtronic CRM products and therapies.
• Create and lead education strategy from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation; manage all project phases and stakeholder communication.
• Develop compliant, high‑quality training materials including elearning, presentations, videos and other resources.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and implement learning solutions.
• Ensure policies, deadlines, and stakeholder engagement are followed throughout projects.
