Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Retention Marketing to lead planning, execution, measurement, and coordination of customer campaigns across CRM channels.

This role supports multiple channels, with a focus on delivering effective retention programs and data-driven improvements. The position offers primarily remote or hybrid work based on business needs and requires availability during core hours for meetings and launches.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating campaign timelines, approvals, QA, deployment, and performance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; remote/hybrid work ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and optimization of retention marketing campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and other channels.
• Build campaign workbacks, timelines, approvals, QA, deployment readiness, and post-launch analysis.
• Coordinate with Creative, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Analytics, IT, agencies, and vendors.
• Own campaign setup, orchestration, QA, deployment, monitoring, and audience segmentation within CRM.
