Job summary

CHANEL in New York City seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery for CRM Technology & Client Data to bridge Salesforce CRM vision with hands-on delivery. You will lead the delivery team, design data models, and ensure architectural adherence across Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data 360/CDP.

Based in NYC with a hybrid work model, 7+ years in CRM/CDP with Salesforce expertise are required, along with a bachelor’s degree (master’s a plus).

Qualifications

• 7+ years CRM/CDP/Data 360 experience with Salesforce expertise.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; master's a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate architecture into actionable designs, data flows, and user stories for development teams.
• Own technical design authority for Salesforce Data Cloud components and enterprise standards.
• Lead the Agile delivery team to execute the CRM roadmap and ensure on-time, high-quality code.
• Conduct PoCs and validate new Salesforce Data Cloud features against architecture.
