Job summary

UTHealth Houston’s Development Office is looking for a Senior Data Management Analyst responsible for leading data governance and ensuring data quality within the Affinaquest (Salesforce) database. This hybrid role, based in the Texas Medical Center, will work closely with teams to maintain data accuracy and usability while supporting fundraising operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, and experience in data management, particularly within academic or non-profit sectors. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience working with complex databases.
• Two years in academic, healthcare, non-profit, or fundraising environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of complex development data within the CRM database.
• Design and implement data quality and validation strategies.
• Develop advanced SQL and SOQL queries for data analysis.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in CRM.
• Troubleshoot data management tools and processes.
