UTHealth Houston’s Development Office is seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst to utilize advanced data management and analytical tools. The Senior Data Management Analyst supports the Office of Development by leading data governance, data quality, and complex data operations within the Affinaquest(Salesforce) constituent database and associated reporting systems. This role serves as a senior technical resource responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, security, and usability of development data, while partnering closely with teams in the Office of Development, Public Affairs, and Information Technology. You will serve as the bridge between data analysts and business intelligence professionals on the data management team in Development.
This role will be hybrid, but during training may be in the office consistently. Our building is in the Texas Medical Center, the University Center Tower. This role is eligible for all benefits, is salaried, and is classified as exempt. Applicants should be strong with databases and have a background in fundraising, non-profit, or higher education.

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field.
Related experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
Four (4) years of experience working with complex databases, data management, or data quality functions.
Two (2) years of experience in an academic, healthcare, non-profit, or fundraising/development environment preferred.
Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
