Job summary

Big-D Mission Critical is seeking an experienced Critical Systems Manager to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams on data center construction projects. The role spans overseeing electrical, mechanical, alarms, controls, and related critical systems, with collaboration across clients, consultants, and trade partners.

You will develop and implement project plans, manage schedules, and drive safe, compliant execution while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring successful

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mission critical or data center construction experience.
• Strong systems integration experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire protection and building controls.
• Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Effective project management and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees integration of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems.
• Develop and implement management plans, schedules, and procedures.
• Coach, monitor and enforce safety standards.
• Holds team members accountable during all aspects of the project.
• Manage the planning and construction processes for critical systems.
• Provide timely reporting of costs, changes, schedules and insurance data.
