Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of facilities management and/or operations experience.
• Extensive experience with critical facilities and office fit-out construction and/or project management.
• Extensive experience with critical systems operations and maintenance, including authoring of method of procedures.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP engineering design and maintenance standards across BNY real estate portfolio.
• Implement a formal design review process for construction and ensure MEP standards are embedded in base design.
• Coordinate with the architectural team to align engineering and design details.
• Develop a construction project management handover checklist and incorporate milestones into the PM tool.
• Manage third-party facility management providers and ensure compliance with SLAs and governance.
