Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking an Engineering Manager for Building Management Systems (BMS) to lead the BMS team across our data center platforms. You will drive design, delivery, and optimization of BMS solutions while coordinating with construction, commissioning, design, and operations teams to meet project goals.

You will manage complex engineering programs, mentor engineers, and ensure rigorous design standards, trend analysis, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing Building Management Systems (BMS) projects, preferably in data centers.
• Strong project management skills with on-time, on-budget delivery track record.
• Deep understanding of BMS design principles, standards, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BMS platform design, delivery, and optimization across Aligned Data Centers.
• Coordinate with Construction, Commissioning, Design, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
