Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure Pty Ltd seeks a Manager, Critical Operations in Temple, TX to oversee the property's overall condition, maintenance programs, and regulatory compliance for landlord-owned infrastructure. You will coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and regulatory agencies to minimize disruptions and ensure safety and efficiency of all assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities operations or critical environments
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing maintenance teams or vendor operations
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems in critical environments
• Experience managing vendor contracts, budgets, and compliance processes
• Proficiency in CMMS platforms and data driven maintenance tracking

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance including OSHA, environmental laws, and building codes
• Manage contract adherence and SLAs with vendors; document deviations or corrective actions
• Support audits and risk mitigation; escalate issues for senior leadership
• Develop and implement maintenance programs integrating preventive, corrective, and predictive strategies
• Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and exterior infrastructure
• Utilize CMMS to track work orders, requests, and maintenance trends
• Oversee vendor relationships, performance, and procurement collaboration
• Manage operational budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Contribute to capital expenditure planning and project timelines
• Conduct proactive risk assessments and implement emergency response protocols
• Serve as on-site emergency lead and tenant liaison
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for maintenance activities
• Support leadership with data-driven insights for infrastructure planning
• Foster transparent communication with tenants and stakeholders
