Cadmus seeks qualified candidates to expand its growing portfolio at the intersection of cybersecurity and government solutions. The Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Leader will lead client delivery, business development, and serve as the company’s cybersecurity expert across federal and utility accounts focused on water, infrastructure, and emergency management.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree or PhD in a relevant field (CS/IT/Cybersecurity/SCADA).
Minimum 10 years as a lead cybersecurity expert on government or utility contracts.
Minimum 10 years of staff and team management experience.
Active CISSP certification and other relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISM, CEH, CompTIA).
U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain government clearance.
Experience consulting in infrastructure sectors, especially water utilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior technical expert overseeing cybersecurity projects and programs.
Supervise multidisciplinary teams to execute client engagements and win new business.
Lead as the cybersecurity expert for government and commercial clients and represent Cadmus at external events.
Ensure high-quality, responsive delivery under contracts and maintain strong client satisfaction.
Support and lead business development with Cadmus’ BD team and key accounts.
Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff in technical delivery.
