Job summary

Cadmus seeks a Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Leader to guide delivery for federal civilian and utility clients, focusing on water, energy, and emergency management. You’ll lead programs, win new opportunities, and mentor staff in a highly matrixed environment.

Based in the United States, you’ll collaborate with Business Development, Bid and Proposal, and Marketing to grow Cadmus’ cybersecurity portfolio, bring deep subject matter expertise, and help clients improve resilience while

Qualifications

Master’s Degree or PhD in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or information and SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity projects and programs, overseeing technical, financial, operations, and reporting responsibilities.
Supervise multi-disciplinary teams to execute client engagements and win new business.
Serve as the company’s cybersecurity expert for government and commercial clients and as a thought leader at external events.
Provide incident response planning, governance support, and advisory services on cybersecurity policies and training.
