Job summary

Cadmus seeks a seasoned Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Leader to guide government and utility cybersecurity programs in the Federal Operating Group. You will lead client delivery, drive business development, and serve as Cadmus’ cybersecurity expert across a range of federal and utility accounts focused on water, infrastructure, and emergency management.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or PhD in a relevant field (Computer Science / Cybersecurity) required.
• Minimum 10 years leading cybersecurity initiatives for government or utility clients.
• Minimum 10 years of staff and team management experience.
• RFC/industry exposure with EPA, Army Corps of Engineers, or utilities preferred.
• CISSP certification required; additional certifications encouraged.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead and mentor consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical expert overseeing cybersecurity projects and programs, including technical, financial, operations, and reporting.
• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff, partners, and subcontracts to execute engagements and win new business.
• Act as the company’s cybersecurity expert for government and commercial clients and as a thought leader at external events.
• Ensure high quality and responsive delivery of services under Cadmus contracts and achieve high client satisfaction.
• Help clients secure SCADA, ICS, and OT environments used in utility and infrastructure operations.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and translate findings into actionable operational impacts.
• Lead evaluation of penetration testing and identify resolutions to enhance cyber posture.
• Map ICS/OT networks, perform secure configuration reviews and segmentation assessments.
• Evaluate or implement cybersecurity controls for OT networks including remote access security.
• Provide incident response planning and tabletop exercises for government/utility environments.
• Support cybersecurity governance, policies, and training for clients.
• Lead business development efforts with Cadmus’ BD team and key accounts.
