Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Lead Critical Facilities Technician on-site in Frederick, MD. The role requires owning the site during shifts, directing on-shift techs, and maintaining site health and safety across critical infrastructure.

You will manage emergencies, incidents, and coordination with facilities management teams. Applicants should have 3–5 years of electrical/mechanical critical facilities experience or 7+ years HVAC/mechanical background, plus MS Office and CMMS

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in electrical or mechanical critical facilities support, or 7+ years as HVAC/mechanical technician.
• Ability to review daily workflow, direct on-shift technicians, and manage priorities safely.
• Strong understanding of safety, PMs, CMMS, and coordination with FM/MPM.

Responsibilities

• Owns site during scheduled shift and acts as first escalation for on-shift techs.
• Monitor building operations and respond to emergencies and incidents.
• Coordinate training, scheduling, and SNOW/CS support with FM and MPM.
