Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks a Technical Instructor III/Nurse (RN/BSN) to provide instructor services for resident and virtual learning. The role supports critical care training programs and requires nursing licensure in Texas with active certifications.

The instructor delivers courseware, administers assessments, and guides students through ICU rotations, ensuring compliance with program policies and client guidelines. This is a full-time on-site position in Texas with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN/BSN nursing licensure is required.
• Minimum of three years’ direct patient care in a critical care setting.
• Active Texas nursing license; licensure must be maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized course materials as prescribed in the Instructor Guide.
• Lead training implementation and present modules using client guidelines and instructional design models.
• Administer, correct and review quizzes, tests, final exams, and papers; maintain security of materials.
• Report student discipline problems to the designated supervisor for resident or non-resident delivery.
• Brief students on end-of-course and long-term evaluation processes and facilitate completion where applicable.
• Refer all student requests for exceptions to the Program Manager; instructor cannot approve exceptions.
• Support ICU clinical rotations and supervise didactic time during rotations.
• Execute approved course delivery plans and meet milestone schedules.
• Conduct after-action reviews and implement recommendations based on feedback.
• Clinical rotation hours typically 8–12 hour shifts; rotations 4 weeks including weekends.
