Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC in Texas seeks a Technical Instructor III to provide resident and virtual training, delivering standardized course materials, assessing quizzes, and guiding learners through clinical rotations.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, a BSN, and 3+ years of direct ICU care. MSN/DNP/PhD is preferred. You will coordinate instruction and collaborate with the Training Specialist/Course Manager to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and deliver standardized course materials as prescribed in the Instructor Guide, including content, sequence, timing, audiovisual presentation and instructional methodology.
• Lead in implementation of training and present courseware modules using client guidelines and instructional design models.
• Administer, correct and review quizzes, tests, final exams, practical exams and assignments, and maintain security over all teaching materials.
• Report student discipline problems to the Training Specialist/Course Manager.
• Brief students on end-of-course and long-term evaluation processes and facilitate completion.
• Refer exceptions to program policies to the Program Manager.
• Provide professional/subject matter expertise to instructional delivery, design, development, and execution of training programs.
