Job summary

Luminis Health, Inc. seeks a Staff Intensivist to deliver direct ICU care, evaluate ICU admissions, and supervise the ICU team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

You will lead daily multidisciplinary rounds, coordinate with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff, and act as the primary ICU liaison for patients and families. The role emphasizes teaching and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Surgery or Anesthesia with Critical Care subspecialty; eligible for Critical Care Boards within 1 year.
• Minimum 3 years of Critical Care practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and direct daily ICU patient care and coordinate care activities.
• Serve as primary ICU coordinator among physicians, nursing, and consultants.
• Direct multi-disciplinary critical care rounds and ensure ICU processes are followed.
• Support Mid-Level providers on the Intensivist Service and participate in hospital committees.
