Overland Park Regional Medical Center in Overland Park, KS, is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist to join the Intensive Care Consortium (ICC) team. The role involves 12-hour shifts covering a 35-bed ICU (MSICU 25 beds, CVICU 10 beds) with day/night rotation and 2 MDs by day.

Board eligibility/certification and KS licensure are required, with teaching responsibilities for GME and residents. The position emphasizes competitive compensation, strong benefits, and opportunities within a growing ICC

Qualifications

• Must be critical care board eligible or board certified (all specialties will be considered)
• Kansas licensure or ability to obtain
• Ability to work Full Time, 12-15 shifts per month
• Mix of days and nights
• 12-hour shifts covering 35 ICU beds (25 bed MSICU and 10 bed CVICU)
• 2 MDs during the day, 1 MD at night
• Clinical Bedside Teaching to support GME, IM Residents and Cardiac Fellows
• Ideally available to start in 2026, Early 2027

Responsibilities

• Clinical Bedside Teaching to support GME, IM Residents and Cardiac Fellows
• Staffing model: 2 MDs by day and 1 MD at night
• Provide 12-hour ICU coverage for MSICU and CVICU beds
