Job summary

Verizon Frontline Crisis Response Team seeks a Sr. Manager to bridge advanced network capabilities with emergency wireless communication for public safety professionals. You will lead deployments, coordinate cross-functional partners, and drive strategic initiatives to improve crisis response.

You will manage field operations, ensure equipment readiness, and develop programs to expand Frontline assets in support of first responders across the Greater Mid Atlantic and NYC regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic partnerships with public safety or government agencies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to relate complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams (Network, Product, Marketing, Legal).
• Comfort with travel and field deployments in emergency contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to leverage Verizon Frontline assets for public safety, strengthening sales opportunities.
• Deploy and lead tactical CRT activities and deployable mobile assets during crises and non-crisis events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables and ensure asset readiness.
