Qualifications

• 10+ years in PR or communications with crisis experience.
• Mentoring junior staff and promoting positivity and teamwork.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee client team activities (projections, planning, reviews) and assign staff to projects.
• Present recommended solutions and identify growth opportunities for clients.
• Oversee crisis plan intake, implementation, and execution, including after-hours support when needed.
