Pacific Clinics in Grass Valley, CA seeks a Crisis Clinician I to perform comprehensive safety risk assessments, crisis de-escalation, and case management in the community. This role may involve collaboration with police and other mental health workers in a 24/7 program, including phone consultations and trainings.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, CA licensure, and at least 3 years of supervised clinical experience.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Social Work or closely related field and three years of supervised clinical experience.
• License in California state (Welfare and Institutions Code 5600.2) required.
• Experience with Wraparound plans and ICFP development is preferred.

• Demonstrates mastery of the Crisis Clinician I job description.
• Utilizes assessment data to develop treatment plans and ensure quality care.
• Intervenes with individuals and families using multi-modal approaches.
• Provide coaching and mentoring in EBPs and lead cross-functional teams.
• Maintain audit-ready charts and participate in CQI activities.
