Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced analytics leader to guide the Center for Crime and Justice Data and Analytics (CCJDA) during a temporary staffing transition. You will oversee production of statewide statistical reports, public dashboards, and datasets used by policymakers, researchers, and the public.

The role emphasizes QA, portfolio management, and collaboration with research, IT, and external partners to deliver timely, high-quality analytic products.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in criminology or related field.
• At least ten years of professional experience in quantitative research, statistical analysis, data analytics, program evaluation, or public policy research.
• At least five years of leadership, management, technical oversight, or supervision of research/analytics staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary leadership and technical support to CCJDA during a staffing transition.
• Support statewide reports, public dashboards, datasets, and other data products for policymakers, practitioners, researchers, and the public.
• Provide QA and oversight for a portfolio of data and reporting projects including statewide initiatives.
• Collaborate with researchers, data analysts, IT staff, and external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality analytics.
