Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data, Statistics, or IT related field is required.
• At least 5 years’ experience performing data analysis.
• At least one (1) year hands‑on experience with Tableau, PowerBI, ArcGIS, OR Python.
• Advanced understanding of SQL is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with management, legal teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to define system requirements, architect data flows, and drive strategic optimizations across enterprise systems.
• Design and oversee the development of advanced reports and interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI that inform USDOJ decision‑making and operational strategy.
• Architect and implement complex analytics solutions using SQL, Python, and SSIS to optimize performance and reliability.
• Direct the use of ESRI ArcGIS for mapping, spatial analysis, and geolocation support for legal casework and objectives.
• Own system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to meet operational needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and ensure compliance requirements are met.
