220 District Attorneys Council is seeking an Agent/Investigator to conduct proactive and reactive criminal investigations in Oklahoma. The role involves surveillance, warrants, evidence handling, and expert testimony in court.

You will coordinate with prosecutors and task forces on complex cases. The position requires a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, 5+ years of certified law enforcement experience, CLEET certification (advanced preferred), and the ability to work irregular hours, pass

Competenze

• Must have valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
• Five (5) years of full-time, certified law enforcement experience.
• Current Oklahoma CLEET Peace Officer Certification (Advanced preferred).
• Experience in criminal investigations, preferably narcotics/major crimes.
• Strong knowledge of Oklahoma statutes, rules of evidence, and search & seizure laws.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass a thorough background investigation and drug screening.

• Conduct proactive and reactive criminal investigations involving narcotics trafficking, violent crime, and major felonies.
• Utilize surveillance, undercover operations, search warrants, and intelligence gathering techniques.
• Collect, preserve, and process physical and digital evidence.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports and affidavits for prosecution; testify in court.
• Coordinate with prosecutors, law enforcement, and other investigative partners.
• Participate in specialized operations including warrant service, interdiction, and joint task forces.
