Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prosecute all stages of a criminal case.
• Provide guidance and legal opinions to OCTF agents regarding investigations.
• Staff incoming cases with other agencies presenting charges or information necessitating investigative action.
• Develop relationships with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to encourage collaboration and deconfliction.
• Present matters to the Multicounty Grand Jury when required.
