Job summary

LTIMindtree seeks an experienced Senior Cribl Engineer to design, automate and govern enterprise observability pipelines in a regulated banking setting. You will architect and maintain Cribl Stream on-prem, ensuring secure data movement and compliant operations across the organization.

You will drive CI/CD automation for configuration management and collaborate closely with Splunk engineers to support monitoring and regulatory reporting needs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in observability, logging or data pipelines.
• Hands-on Cribl Stream in an on-premises environment.
• CI/CD pipelines experience (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Solid Splunk ingestion data models and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
• Scripting with Python or Bash.
• Experience with banking/regulatory security requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Deep hands on expertise with Cribl Stream in an on premises environment
• Strong experience with CICD pipelines GitLab GitHub Actions Jenkins or similar
• Solid understanding of Splunk ingestion data models and troubleshooting
• Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals
• Experience with scripting languages Python Bash or similar
• Familiarity with security compliance and audit requirements common in banking or other regulated industries
• Ability to work independently in complex multiteam environments

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
