Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co. is seeking an Enhancement Field Manager – Landscape Maintenance to lead field crews, manage labor and materials, and drive projects to on-time, on-budget completion.

The role emphasizes developing reports, coordinating with management, and actively participating in training sessions to maintain a skilled team. The role requires overseeing daily production, budgeting, client meetings, and quality control, while selling extras and maintaining equipment and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize and schedule projects.
• Experience managing others at some level.
• Ability to work with service customers.
• At least one year of enhancement or landscape installation experience in a commercial setting.
• Knowledge of basic computer operation.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of branch philosophies, goals, and finances.
• Develop and coach staff; set and monitor goals.
• Participate in certification training sessions regularly.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities for enhancements.
• Understand hourly and cost budgets; monitor hours and costs; communicate budgets.
• Meet clients on each job; ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor quality of work and obtain sign-off on daily completion forms.
• Sell extras using T&M tickets.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in good condition.
• Monitor morning and evening procedures for crew.
• Complete daily time entry.
