Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Credit Workout Officer III to manage loss mitigation strategies within the Special Assets group. You will meet with borrowers, evaluate management teams and business plans, and determine whether to retain or exit credit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related subject matter.
• 5-6 years in commercial lending including special assets, loan review, credit administration and/or lending.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan recaps.
• Spread, review and analyze financial statements for loans, maturity extensions, restructures and renewals.
• Conduct annual reviews and assign risk ratings.
• Identify credit strengths, weaknesses and mitigating factors.
• Coordinate foreclosures and sale of assets with appropriate staff and legal plan actions.
