Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Senior Credit Workout Officer IV in the United States to lead complex workout activities for commercial loans. You will meet with borrowers, assess management teams and business plans, and decide on retention or exit strategies while negotiating with external professionals.

The role requires extensive experience in commercial lending, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate foreclosures and workout plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance.
• 8–12 years of experience in commercial lending including special assets, loan review, credit and/or lending.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships and make decisions with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate borrowers and management teams to determine workout/exit decisions.
• Prepare workout/exit plans and related documentation.
• Coordinate foreclosures and negotiate with professionals.
• Monitor collections, record agreements, and report payment terms.
• Interact with other financial institutions and examiners.
• Ensure loan documentation integrity and collateral perfection.
• Assist loan officers and maximize technology tools while minimizing costs.
