Northwest is seeking a Senior Credit Workout Officer IV to lead workout strategies for commercial borrowers. You will assess management teams, evaluate business plans, and determine whether to retain or exit credit while negotiating workout terms.

The role emphasizes loan documentation integrity, collateral perfection, financial statement analysis, and coordinating foreclosures or liquidation when needed. A seasoned professional with independent judgment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in commercial lending, special assets, or loan review.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with borrowers and evaluate management teams and business plans.
• Review loan documents and ensure collateral perfection.
• Analyze financial statements and identify problems or issues.
• Coordinate workouts, exit plans, lawsuits, foreclosures, and liquidations as needed.
• Prepare documentation for workout/exit plans and reports on the loan portfolio.
• Interact with other financial institutions and regulators as required.
