Zusammenfassung

OXEA is seeking a Senior Credit & Cash Operations Specialist in Houston to manage the end-to-end credit-to-cash lifecycle. You will perform credit risk modeling, underwrite based on financial statements, and oversee a global AR portfolio in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead cash application in SAP, reconciliation, and collections with Sales, while reporting to the Global Credit Risk Manager. This role requires strong analytical skills and leadership in a multinational setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business field.
• Master's degree or professional certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct credit risk analysis using the proprietary model to establish credit risk ratings and limits.
• Manage the SAP blocked-order workflow (VKM1) and release holds in coordination with Sales and Finance.
• Lead the Letter of Credit (LC) process with banking partners.
• Execute timely cash application of global payments (ACH, Wire, Check) in SAP and resolve discrepancies.
• Publish weekly collection and sales reports to senior leadership.
