Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant credit experience.
• Prior credit risk review experience preferred.
• Credit risk certifications (CRC) or Moody's Analytics Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess complex commercial private credit transactions, including underwriting structure and repayment capacity.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of first/second line credit risk management activities and risk governance.
• Review portfolio-level performance, concentration risk, and emerging credit risk themes.
• Assess alignment with Risk Appetite Statement, policies, and regulatory expectations.
• Lead or oversee reviews, write reports with conclusions and recommendations.
