GENERAL FUNCTION:

Responsible for the development, preparation, and submission of Bancorp risk reporting materials and risk controls for Consumer product lines (Auto/Specialty, Mortgage, Home Equity, Credit Card, Personal Loans).

Accountable for risk management by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and adhering to policies and procedures. Committed to doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, ensuring actions and behaviors foster a positive customer experience. Operating within the Bank's risk appetite, consistently identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly risk management reports, including Investor Relations support, Regulatory Filing tables, KRI, Concentration Limits, and other portfolio management deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Line of Business (LOB) and Credit Risk leadership to provide additional reporting and insights as needed.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify process issues, prevent problems, and establish controls to ensure automation and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Execute monthly/quarterly SAS-based production processes meticulously, with controls in place to detect data quality changes within segments.
  • Reconcile reports with the General Ledger and external reporting classifications for accuracy.
  • Present reporting results to executive management to support shareholder value growth.
  • Support data quality initiatives in Enterprise Data Warehouses, improving data access and quality.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing report designs.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as needed to meet departmental goals.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or Finance required; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of related experience in the financial industry.
  • Proficiency in SAS (Enterprise Guide) with 3-5 years of experience; SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and strong Excel and Access skills are a plus.
  • Preferred attributes include three years of system reporting experience, excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Execution-oriented with the ability to organize and execute work efficiently, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Position: Senior Credit Risk Reporting Analyst
Total Base Pay Range: $80,500 - $169,100 USD annually
