Job summary

Raisin Bank is seeking a skilled Credit Risk Manager to own the credit risk framework and build robust reporting using Looker and Mambu. You will partner with Front Office, Finance, and Risk Controlling to steer risk across a diverse portfolio.

The role demands IFRS 9 knowledge, strong analytical ability, and the capacity to influence senior management in a fast-paced fintech setting. Join Raisin’s risk team and help scale risk governance.

Qualifications

University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
FRM or CFA designation is a plus.
5+ years in credit risk analysis, risk controlling or credit structuring.

Responsibilities

Perform independent credit risk analysis of counterparties and transactions.
Architect and maintain reporting infrastructure using Looker, Mambu, and Google Sheets.
Create risk dashboards and reports to influence senior management.
Monitor portfolio risk and identify concentrations for mitigation.
Manage loan loss provisioning per IFRS 9 and ECL frameworks.
Ensure compliance with CRR, MaRisk, Basel III/IV and internal limits.
Lead or participate in data quality and system improvement projects.
