Job summary

Younited is building the next generation of consumer finance and banking in Europe, with a Credit Strategy Management team focused on profitability and risk in Personal Loans and POS. The Credit Strategy Manager will oversee a defined perimeter, help ensure credit production targets, and work closely with CPM, Operations, Risk and Business Units to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in quantitative roles, strong SQL, and comfort with Claude/AI tools,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in quantitative/analytical roles in finance or fintech.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor origination and portfolio performance; identify deviations and impact.
• Develop data-driven credit analyses and recommendations with CPM and Risk teams.
• Coordinate with CPM, Operations and Business Units; present insights to executives.
