Job summary

Allianz Trade is seeking a credit analysis professional to manage a profitable buyer portfolio and monitor high-risk accounts. You will conduct interviews, gather critical financial data, and perform credit ratings for analyzed companies in collaboration with regional leadership.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance, 3–5 years in financial management within banking or credit insurance environments, and strong Excel/financial software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance is required; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in financial management in banking, credit insurance brokerage or a credit insurance environment.
• Excellent computer skills with an understanding of financial software and spreadsheet packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage a profitable portfolio of business within the parameters agreed upon with the Regional Director of Information & Grading, utilizing sound credit analysis techniques.
• Conduct buyer visits or telephone interviews to obtain critical information for the monitoring of the buyer portfolio.
• Monitor high risk buyers and solicit proprietary information for EHNA database by establishing a rapport and maintaining contact with Finance Directors, Treasurers, through visits and telephone and written correspondence.
• Utilize information to arrive at consistent buyer grading within authority and make detailed recommendations to Supervisor and/or Regional Director when outside authority.
• Perform financial and credit analysis to determine the appropriate credit rating of company being analyzed.
• Communicate with Sales Agents and Commercial Underwriters and/or customers as to underwriting requirements regarding industry outlooks and target markets.
• Create industry sector outlooks from public and proprietary information to determine underlying market trends.
