Treebo Hospitality Ventures seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to assess creditworthiness, set credit limits, and drive collection strategies across hospitality portfolios. You will partner with Finance and Sales to optimize cash flow and reduce DSO, while preparing MIS reports and ensuring timely reconciliations.

The role requires 4–5 years in AR/ERP accounting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/MBA Finance with 4–5 years in AR management and ERP accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AR best practices, and GST/TDS taxation.
• Hospitality/retail sector experience preferred.
• 2–3 years ERP experience with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics 365/Business Central/QuickBooks/Zoho Books.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Pro-active, dynamic, and detail-oriented with strong MS Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess and monitor creditworthiness of customers and partners.
• Recommend credit limits based on risk analysis and payment history.
• Coordinate with finance and sales to implement credit policies.
• Develop and execute collection strategies to improve DSO.
• Prepare MIS reports by analyzing account information and trends.
• Ensure month-end reconciliations and timely close processes.
• Act as point of contact for customer payment escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing disputes.
