The role covers end-to-end support for new-to-market credit card launches, including concept development, offers, product structures, customer communications, UX reviews and UAT testing, with strong leadership across branded partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than eight years of applicable experience.
• Experience in credit card risk, governance and content review.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Line of Business and RCA teams to implement risk framework.
• Identify gaps and drive solutions to minimize losses.
• Serve as liaison between business lines and Lines of Defense.
