CS Power Systems, a cutting-edge division of Canadian Solar, seeks a Credit Controller to lead credit risk, accounts receivable, and collections across the solar and BESS portfolio. You will align with Operations Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership to optimize cash flow and strengthen internal controls.

The role requires 8+ years in credit risk and 3+ years of leadership, with expert financial analysis capabilities and ERP/BI proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Eight (8) or more years of progressive experience in credit risk, commercial credit, accounts receivable, collections, treasury, or corporate finance.
• Three (3) or more years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong expertise in commercial credit analysis, financial statement analysis, working capital management, accounts receivable, collections, and internal controls.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex financial risks, influence business decisions, negotiate effective solutions, and build strong relationships.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and BI reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Company's credit risk and collections strategy with policies, governance, and internal controls.
• Evaluate customer and counterparty creditworthiness through financial analysis and portfolio monitoring.
• Negotiate payment terms and structure credit enhancements (LCs, guarantees, insurance).
• Monitor AR performance, aging, DSO, and collection trends; improve cash flow.
• Provide actionable credit risk analysis to support onboarding, contracts, and investments.
• Prepare executive reporting and portfolio analytics for senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements through automation, data analytics, and scalable practices.
• Collaborate across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Legal while managing priorities.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders with strong communication and negotiation.
