Job summary

PLA Holdings in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Credit and Collections Manager to lead the accounts receivable, credit, and collections function. You will steer the credit policy, assess the creditworthiness of customers, and own the accounts receivable portfolio to balance revenue growth and bad debt exposure.

You will supervise the AR staff, collaborate with Accounting leadership and Operations to resolve issues, and deliver receivable reporting, reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of collections experience and 3+ years in accounts receivable.
• 3+ years of management experience overseeing accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR organization, supervise and mentor staff.
• Direct credit granting and ensure consistent application of credit policy.
• Monitor aging reports and drive effective collection strategies.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and negotiates payment arrangements.
• Perform month-end close, revenue accruals, and reconciliations.
• Forecast cash receipts and report on DSO and aging trends.
