Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Sr. Credit & Collections Analyst to oversee a multi-billion-dollar global Accounts Receivable portfolio.

You will conduct credit reviews for new and existing customers and serve as the primary contact for escalations involving complex billing and collection issues. You will also lead key accounting close processes and ensure financial integrity for our Credit & Collections functions.

Qualifications

5+ years in Credit & Collections, including 3+ years managing large portfolios.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills; ability to build dashboards.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite / Oracle / SAP) and AI tooling a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct credit reviews for new opportunities and existing customers.
Lead month-end close activities for Credit & Collections including bad debt reserve analysis.
Own direct collection activity on high-exposure accounts and escalations.
Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Billing, Legal and Finance to resolve billing issues and drive cash flow.
Identify automation opportunities to improve the order-to-cash process.
