CoreWeave in Dallas, TX is seeking a hands-on Cash Operations leader to own end-to-end cash accounting across our global banking structure, strengthen SOX controls, and partner with Treasury and Finance leadership to scale automated cash workflows.

You will redesign manual processes, implement AI-enabled reconciliation and close improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cash reporting and audit readiness at pace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in cash, treasury, or high-volume transactional accounting in a complex environment (public company experience required).
• SOX 404 key controls ownership, narrative, risk and control management, and interaction with internal/external audit.
• Strong command of US GAAP as applied to cash and cash equivalents, ASC 230, ASC 830.
• Power user of NetSuite or comparable ERP, close management software (FloQast/BlackLine), treasury management systems (Kyriba preferred).
• Automation mindset: you ship automations that remove manual work from a close.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end cash accounting across a multi-bank, multi-currency structure.
• Own bank reconciliations and drive unreconciled items to zero by upstream process improvements.
• Partner with AP, Payroll, AR, and Treasury to ensure accurate recording and cut-off of cash activity.
• Account for restricted cash, escrow, collateral, and letter of credit balances; support cash reporting with Treasury.
• Provide transaction-level data and analysis for the Statement of Cash Flows.
• Own and operate key SOX controls over cash and treasury systems.
• Design narratives and risk control matrices for the cash cycle; remediate control gaps.
• Serve as primary contact for auditors on cash and treasury walkthroughs.
• Lead design of automated bank feeds and treasury-to-ERP integrations.
