Job summary

Nintendo of America in Redmond, WA is seeking a FP&A/Accounts Receivable professional to analyze and process claims, provide credit recommendations, and support third-party settlements. The role requires at least three years of dispute resolution experience, Oracle EBS proficiency, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Three years of dispute resolution experience is required.
• Experience with Oracle EBS (Order Management/AR/ChRM) or similar tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Experience with digital accounts is a plus.
• Experience with customer portals (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central) is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Processes assigned claims to support timely resolution of deductions for receivables accounts.
• Conducts financial analyses and reviews for assigned accounts to provide credit recommendations.
• Collects monies owed from third parties in a timely manner.
• Researches and reconciles claims across Nintendo entities.
• Maintains account balances within authorized credit limits and takes action when needed.
• Provides claims information to Nintendo divisions and assists auditors as required.
• Coordinates with other departments on credit release approvals.
• Archives and purges credit files per retention guidelines.
• Supports special projects and offers backup coverage as needed.
