Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Accountant – Credit & Accounts Receivable to support the company’s financial health through general accounting, credit management, AR oversight, and reporting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Treasury and Finance to ensure accurate reporting, manage credit risk, and optimize working capital while supporting audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in accounts receivable, cash application, or related finance roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in identifying process improvements and scalable financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close activities and prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Evaluate customer credit risk and manage credit limits and aging reports.
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and cash flow reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to optimize working capital and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance.
