Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of experience in commercial credit analysis, special assets, loan review, portfolio management, or related financial services experience.
• Experience analyzing complex borrower financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and credit structures.
• Strong understanding of credit union regulations, loan policy, and risk management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare credit memoranda, risk assessments, and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Special Assets Officers and lending teams to obtain updated financial information and support member communication.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis, cash flow, and global debt service assessments for higher-risk loans.
• Review loan structures, collateral positions, and guarantor support to identify risk and loss exposure.
• Support workout, restructures, forbearance, and modification recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive credit memoranda and management reports for risk-rating decisions.
