• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Credit Analyst.
• SBA credit analysis experience preferred.
• Strong financial statement and cash flow analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate credit and financial information for prospective and existing clients.
• Analyze business and personal financial statements, tax returns, cash flows, collateral, and repayment sources for loans.
• Independently evaluate complex credit relationships and develop recommendations with minimal guidance.
• Prepare spreadsheets, credit approval packages, proposals, financial summaries, and written opinions for loan decision makers.
• Partner with lending teams to support effective credit risk assessment and portfolio management.
• Train and mentor new team members.
