Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis on business entities and interpret financial information from statements, tax returns and company documents.
• Conduct credit and cash flow analyses to determine financial strength and credit enhancements.
• Prepare credit presentations for new approvals, renewals and annual reviews for loan committees and boards.
• Regularly present loan analyses to loan committee and board and recommend loan structures to enhance credit quality.
• Mentor underwriting staff and ensure compliance with MB credit practices and regulatory policies.
