Job summary

Jobtailor in Missouri seeks an experienced credit professional to support underwriting and travel across complex renewals and portfolio reviews. You will analyze financial statements, identify gaps, and ensure documentation accuracy in nCino, DocMan, and FileNet.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently execute complex underwriting support and credit monitoring responsibilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex renewals, reviews, and portfolio monitoring activities.
• Review financial statements and credit requests, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and obtain additional information.
• Build and manage facility renewals and reviews in nCino for underwriting and approval.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and organization of credit documentation in nCino, DocMan, and FileNet.
• Perform and validate Borrowing Entity PD Ratings and Obligation LGD Ratings according to policy.
• Monitor covenants and portfolio risks, identifying and escalating emerging issues or trends.
• Prepare pipeline, portfolio, and ad-hoc reporting for Credit Leadership and internal partners.
• Provide informal guidance and share best practices with Credit Administration Analysts.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and elevate recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of credit analysis, loan review, or credit administration experience, preferably in banking


• Ability to independently manage complex work and exercise sound judgment


• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel


• Familiarity with nCino and internal systems preferred
