Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in credit, accounts receivable, collections, or customer financial operations.
• Experience managing customer accounts, evaluating financial information, and resolving billing or payment issues.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to balance customer relationships and financial risk.

Responsibilities

• Customer Account Management: Onboard customers, maintain records and approved payment terms, and serve as a Finance contact for assigned accounts.
• Credit & Risk Analysis: Evaluate customer financial information, recommend credit limits and payment terms for management approval, and monitor credit exposure and credit holds.
• Credit Protection & Financing: Support trade credit insurance and financing arrangements, including letters of credit, factoring, floorplan financing, leasing, prepayments, bank credit arrangements, and escrow.
• Accounts Receivable & Collections: Monitor aging and past-due balances, reconcile accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies, deductions, short payments, and disputes.
• Cross-Functional Partnership & Reporting: Work with customers and internal teams to resolve financial issues, escrow and support employee

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in credit , accounts receivable, collections, or customer financial operations.
• Experience managing customer accounts, evaluating financial information, and resolving billing or payment issues.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to balance customer relationships and financial risk.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of trade credit insurance and/or experience with commercial or standby letters of credit .
• Familiarity with customer financing and payment-security arrangements.
• ERP experience: Epicor is a plus.
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale, with exposure to cash forecasting, working-capital management, or process improvement.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is 80,000.00 to $90,000.00; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
