Job summary

PNY Technologies in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Senior Credit & Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage customer financial accounts from onboarding through billing, collections and reconciliation on-site. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Operations to control credit exposure, improve cash flow and maintain strong customer relationships while upholding internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding, credit evaluation, billing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Assess credit risk, set terms, monitor exposure, and resolve account issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to collect outstanding payments.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and support cash forecasting and working capital management.
